I met Martin for the first time when I decided to put my Papamoa property in Dickson Rd on the open market.
At that time I was impressed with his enthusiasm and manner to market our property.

We sat down and he generously gave his time to discuss all our options which included going to auction. This was the path we took at the time and unfortunately it did not sell at auction however the auction did generate lots of interest.
Add this interest plus Martin's keenness and you do end up with a successful a sale. By the way the sale price was the asking price.

Martin always kept in touch regularly and the three of us discussed a marketing and pricing plan which obviously worked. Jennifer and I found Martin to be honest, up front, easy to communicate with, enthusiastic and always willing to give new ideas on how best to secure a sale.

Having sold many properties in the past I believe Martin is one of, if not the best real estate agent I have worked with.
